Terms and conditions

 1.       The parts of the estate that you want to hire must be agreed in advance and a contract received from the lettings and bookings manager. Acceptance of the contract must take place at least 2 weeks from the date of the contract and is actioned by paying the deposit.

2.       Only 25 person are allowed to sleep in the cabin. Any additional persons must sleep on the camp sites. The camp sites must be requested when the contract is created. 

3.       A part of the hire amount is collected as a deposit. The deposit is to be paid 2 weeks after the contract has been created. If the deposit has not been received at this time, the reservation will be cancelled. 

4.       The remainder of the money must be paid at least 1 month before arrival. The deposit will be discounted from the full amount. 

5.       Any rooms used in the cabin and the toilet building MUST be cleaned before departure. If the cleaning has not been done satisfactorily, we reserved the right to demand payment for any additional cleaning required. 

6.      Final settlement is done at the end of the stay when final numbers of persons on the campsite, any addtitional cleaning and compensation for breakages are known.   

7.      Cancellation must be done as soon as possible. As it is difficult to rent out the cabin at late notice, we charge a fee for cancellation. See below. 

8.    Our prices do not carry VAT as Det Danske Spejderkorps is VAT excempt.
